7:45 - weetbix with strawberries and cherries

9:30 – 3 aprcots, peach

10:30 – cupcake, 3 biscuits

1:00 – 2 slices toast, 1 with pasta sauce, 1 with peanut butter. Nectarine, ½ lamington square.

3:20 – dried fruit and cashews

6:00 - chillibean pie with salad

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Breakfast-
Vogels bran, 1 tbs sultanas, soy milk
Lunch-
Salad sandwich (on yummy 9 grain helgas bread), apple
Dinner-
Acupulco Chicken, mixed veg
Dessert-
Ski D'lite

BFast - multi grain cereal and skim milk
snack - fruit and yoghurt
Lunch - spinache and ricotta wrap with salad
snack - lemon crisp bar
dinner - pumpkin canneloni and vegies
snack - yoghurt
2008 - my year to be great!!

sml bowl tomato/veg pasta
1 peach
