Overnight: Empower toast w. cashew spread, Wheat bran w. soy milk :oops:
Before gym: Fatblaster protein shake, Small serve of protein crunch
Breakfast: Musashi muscle slice
Morning tea: 1/3 HPLC Bar
Lunch: Soy rashers & salad sandwich (empower bread)
Afternoon snacks: Grapes, Tuna salad
Dinner: Thai style TVP casserole w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Protein crisps, Protien delite bar

Big eating day for me today as I ate hardly anything yesterday. I did the "protein starvation"/"all fruit" day yesterday, but after the bloating of last time, I only had 2 bits of fruit, and made the rest up with veggies, lots of water and a few too many sugar free lollies :oops:

8:00 - 2 vitabrits with stewed apple, LSA Sultanas and Currants and low fat ilk - 1 nectarine

11:00 - nectarine

12:00 - 2 slices of wholemeal toast with avocado, cupcake

12:30 - dried fruit and cashews

6:30 - 4 pancakes with spinack and cottage cheese topping

9:00 - 1 scone with strawberries NO CREAM

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Muesli & All-Bran with Diet Yoghurt & 1/2 Banana
1 piece of Country Grain & Organic Rye bread with 97%FF Cheese Single & Tomato

1 piece of Country Grain & Organic Rye bread with Tomato
2 pieces of 97%FF Bacon
Baked Beans

Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly & a Peach
1/2 serving of Bran Plus with boiling water

Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne (wholegrain)
Garden Salad

Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1/2 Raisin English Muffin with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter & Honey

-yoghurt with protein powder and banana
-egg white pancake thingy with water crackers & some eggplant dip
-pear & fun size lite mars bar :oops:
