Before gym: Banana, Rye toast w. cashew spread
Breakfast: Bran plus, protein crunch & LSA w. soymilk
Morning snack: 1/3 HPLC bar
Lunch: Savoury tofu w. green salad
Afternoon snacks: Peach, Protein shake
Dinner: Steamed veg w. veggie "oyster" sauce
Dessert: Diet jelly, Diet yoghurt
Late night snack: Protein crisps, Carb-smart icecream

8:00am - 2 weetbix, currants, sultanas LSA and stewed apples with low fat milk

10:25 – nectarine

11:20 – dried fruit and cashews, 2 pancakes

11:44 - freddo

12:30 - salad and 1 pancake
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

BREAKFAST-
1 cup vogels bran, sultanas, soy milk
LUNCH-
large salad, piece homemade zucchini slice (sort of like quiche)
AFTERNOON-
Apple
DINNER-
Annette Sym's Lemon chicken and mixed veg
Ski D'lite
2 lts water
Vegetable

-yoghurt with protein powder & banana
-vegetarian lasagne with steamed broccoli

Breakfast:
Cheerios & Bran Plus with L/F Milk
1 piece of Vogels Rye & Sunflower bread with 1 97%FF Cheese Single

Lunch:
Spinach & Ricotta Lasagne (wholegrain)
Small tomato

Snack:
Diet Jelly, Diet Yoghurt & 1/2 Pear

Dinner:
Cous Cous with roast Pumpkin, slivered almonds and sultanas
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1/2 Raisin Muffin with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter and Plum Conserve
