Homemade Vegetable Pasty
Baked Beans

Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and a Peach

Country Style Soy Patty
Roast Veges
Garden Salad

Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1 piece of Raisin Toast with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter and WW Apricot Jam

I haven't eaten much today (still feel a little guilty about the pizza last night) but I still made sure to eat three times!

(I think the main reason why I put so much weight back on is because I got used to skipping breakfast and lunch and would eat a lot more for dinner and even more at night! :oops: )

So Today.

Seeds and V8 for breakfast.

Mountain wrap with a little chicken breast and (just a little) mozz cheese for lunch.

3 cruskits with supreme chicken slices, avocado, tomato, cucumber and lettuce for dinner. And an apple.


If it wasn't so damn hot I would have cooked! Honest! :roll:

Just didn't feel like eating much today??

Breakfast: Steamed chicken, tomato, 1 slice of soy-linseed toast.
Lunch: Steamed chicken, tomatos and boiled noodles
Snack: water-melon.
Dinner: 1 cup of coffee at 6pm
(have not been losing much weight, so hoping to reduce or cut dinner to make some progress)

Drank 2.5 litres of water
