I haven't eaten much today (still feel a little guilty about the pizza last night) but I still made sure to eat three times!
(I think the main reason why I put so much weight back on is because I got used to skipping breakfast and lunch and would eat a lot more for dinner and even more at night!
Seeds and V8 for breakfast.
Mountain wrap with a little chicken breast and (just a little) mozz cheese for lunch.
3 cruskits with supreme chicken slices, avocado, tomato, cucumber and lettuce for dinner. And an apple.
MUST. HAVE. APPLE. EVERY. DAY.
If it wasn't so damn hot I would have cooked! Honest!
Just didn't feel like eating much today??
