Vogels Bran, 1 tbs sultanas, lite soy milk

Lunch-
Large salad, apple

Dinner-
Grilled chicken with avocado, tomato, onion, capsicum, peas, corn, small potato

Snacks-
Yoghurt, fruit
Vegetable

Brekkie:
1/2 cup l/f strawberry yoghurt
4tbs muesli
1 cup tea

Snack:
1 small apple

Lunch:
pizza: 1 lebanese bread spread with tomato paste, 50g chicken diced, 50g l/f grated cheese, tomato, onion, capsicum
1 earl grey tea

Dinner:
Beef and pasta bake (wholemeal pasta)
pumpkin, cauliflower, broccoli

Snack:
1 orange

Water: 3L

Lunch: L/F cheest and tom s/wich wholegrain bread

smoko: kiwi fruit

Dinner: Warm chicken salad

Snack: kiwi fruit

1 piece of Vogel's Rye & Sunflower Bread with 97%FF Cheese Single & Tomato
Oats with 1/2 Banana

Lunch:
1/2 Homemade Vegetable Pasty
Baked Beans

Snack:
Diet Yoghurt and Diet Jelly

Snack 2:
Carrot & Celery Sticks
Peach

Dinner:
Chicken Pasta (wholegrain)
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Diet Yoghurt (frozen)
1/2 Fruit n Spice English Muffin with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter & Honey
