1 piece of Vogels Rye & Sunflower bread with 97%FF Cheese Single & Tomato
Muesli & Bran Plus with Diet Yoghurt & 1/2 Banana

Snack:
Swiss Miss Diet Cocoa Mix

Lunch:
9 Grain Muffin with 97%FF Turkey, Lite Philadelphia cheese, Cranberry sauce, Sundried Tomatoes and Tomato

Snack:
Diet Yoghurt, Diet Jelly and a Peach
1 Square Organic Dark Chocolate with Orange & Spices

Dinner:
Chicken Stirfry
Garden Salad

Dessert:
Fruche Raspberry Mist Frousse
1/2 Fruit n Spice English Muffin with 100% Peanuts Peanut Butter & Honey

Brekkie:
1 serve fruity bites
1/2 cup l/f milk
1 coffee

Snack:
1 small apple, 1 banana
1/2 cup l/f yoghurt

Lunch:
Roast pork and salad kebab with sour lite cream and garlic (homemade)
1 coffee

Snack:
1 slice bread with PB
4 corn thins with 100% fruit jam

Dinner:
grilled chicken
1 cup pasta with F/F Italian dressing
carrots, cauliflower, beans

Snack:
:oops: :oops: way too many raisins :oops: :oops:
1 glass aktavite

Water: 3L

Cereal sustain with Lite-white milk

Lunch:
Beef, red bean, potato, carrot soup with 1 slice of toast

Snack:
1 banana

Dinner:
A little bit of bean soup

Family birthday celebration:
1 really small piece of Sara-Lee choc pudding cake (paradise...) and 1 Streets Double-choc butter-cream milk with cones (cones bought from Coppenhagen...) :lol: :lol: :P

Drank 3.5 litres of water
