Ok so i've been away for the last few days, so here we start again ...
8:15 - 2 vitabrits with currants, sultanas, LSA and strawberries and low fat milk
11:30 - dried fruit and cashews and a slice of zuchinni slice
1:30 - 2 slices spelt sourdough with avocado
7:00 - I think i'll make vege spaghetti
