Breakfast-
1 cup soy and linseed bran, 2 tbs sultanas, little light soy milk

Lunch-
Annette Sym's Vegetable hot pot

Afternoon tea-
Fruit, Ski D'lite

Dinner-
Vegie Delights vegie burger, mixed roast veg (potato, kumera, carrot, pumpkin, onion) peas, beans, corn

Mmm I love those Vegie Delights burgers :D :D I usually get the Country Style Soy Burgers, they are soo yum! The Garden Vegetable Patties are yummy too.. Ooh and the nuggets and schnitzels.. I haven't tried the Lentil Patties yet.
Hahah can you tell I like 'em ?? ;)

1 Grilled Bacon Rasher
2 Poached Eggs

Dinner (will be)
Fresh Steamed Fish
Green Salad
2 Scoop Chocolate L/F Soy Icecream

Snacks
Apple
Seed & Almond Mix
Cappacinno with Soy Milk

I've eaten too much today:

BREAKFAST
Muesli and natural yoghurt
Handful of berries

LUNCH
1 poached egg
1 slice of spelt bread

DINNER
Grilled Chicken & Salad

SNACKS
1 Banana
1 handful of berries
1 piece of pineapple
1 piece of watermelon
4 rice cakes with Melrose nut spread
