Brekky:
Weeties with sultanas and L/F milk

Lunch:
4 Lite multigrain crackers with extra lite cheese. gherkins (love these!) and chilli tuna

Dinner:
Roast chicken drumsticks (skin off) with sweet chilli sauce, mushrooms, steamed carrots and beans

Snacks:
Almonds
Keep on smiling,
