1 cup soy and linseed bran, 1 tbs sultanas, lite soy milk

Lunch-
Salad sandwich

Dinner-
Homemade spinach and ricotta cannelloni and a salad OR acupulco chicken and mixed veg

Dessert-
Ski D'lite

Snacks-
Fruit, 2 ltrs water
Vegetable

Muesli & Yoghurt
Tablespoon of LSA

Lunch
Chicken breast and salad on 2 slices of dark rye

Dinner
Grilled fish
Couple of those small potatoes

Snacks
Banana
Caramello koala

*oats/protein crunch
*protein cookie & a frozen banana
*cottage cheese choc banana protein thingy
*lentil & veg soup plus some roast beef & potato
