Im back on WW's points system today, so Im happy to be back to "normal" unrestricted foods :D
Breakfast-
1 cup Nutigrain
1 tbs sultanas
Skim milk

Lunch-
Tomato, cheese, ham, onion toasted sandwich
Apple

Afternoon-
Low fat fruit bar

Dinner-
I piece fish, mixed veg, baked potato

Dessert-
I piece Wicked Chocolate cake (Symply too good gotta love it! :D)
little lite custard

2 litres water
Vegetable

OH vegetable that symply choccie cake is superb!!! It is the best tasting choccie cake and low in cals too......I have used that recipe in her chocolate trifle recipe too instead of the choc rolls!!

*oats/protein crunch/jarrah
*protein cookie, 1 peach, fresh figs :P
*bean salad
*egg white quiche with salad
*peach and carbless protein bar
