Vogels bran, lite soy milk, 1 tbs sultanas

Lunch-
Leftover fried rice
Apple

Afternoon-
2 rice cakes light crunchy peanutbutter (mmmmmmmm :D )

Dinner-
Acupulco chicken (Symply too good book 4)
Baked potato
mixed vegies

2 Litres water
Vegetable
