1 cup Vogels Bran
Lite soy milk
1 tbs sultanas

Lunch-
Grilled Chicken Breast with lemon pepper seasoning (mmmmm :D)
mashed potato
mixed vegies
apple

Dinner-
Spaghetti Bolognese on wholemeal pasta

Dessert-
Light plain yoghurt
2 litres water
Vegetable
