Breakfast: Tofu scrambled eggs, Nut mix, coffee
Morning snack: Almond innocence biscuits x2 (hot out of the oven - yum!)
After gym: Protein shake
Lunch: Tuna steak w. salad, Diet yoghurt, another 2 biscuits
Afternoon snack: Low carb soup
Dinner: Steamed veg w. mushroom sauce
Dessert: Protein crunch (was going to have diet jelly but it was only half set, then I managed to drop it all on the floor!!
Late night snack: Hopefully nothing... especially after all those biscuits!! lol.
