Breakfast: Tofu scrambled eggs, Nut mix, coffee
Morning snack: Almond innocence biscuits x2 (hot out of the oven - yum!)
After gym: Protein shake
Lunch: Tuna steak w. salad, Diet yoghurt, another 2 biscuits :oops:
Afternoon snack: Low carb soup
Dinner: Steamed veg w. mushroom sauce
Dessert: Protein crunch (was going to have diet jelly but it was only half set, then I managed to drop it all on the floor!! :evil: )
Late night snack: Hopefully nothing... especially after all those biscuits!! lol.

Breakfast-
Vogels Bran, lite soy milk, 1 tbs sultanas

Lunch-
Salad sandwich on dark rye sourdough bread
Apple

Afternoon-
Apple, 2 dates

Dinner-
Vegie Burger, baked potato topped with leftover taco mixture, ww extra light sour cream, mixed vegies

Dessert-
Lite Yoghurt with raspberries

2 Litres Waters
1 glass diet ocean spray cranberry juice
Vegetable
