Vogels Bran, lite soy milk, 2 tbl sultanas

Lunch-
Minestrone soup
Apple

Dinner-
Chicken breast on the Foreman Grill (dont ya love em? :P )
Mixed veg

Dessert-
Lite yoghurt topped with raspberries
Apple

2 litres water
diet cranberry juice
Vegetable

oh i use my george foreman grill every night its easy to clean and everything tastes so beautiful on it :)

Breakfast: Tomato & mushroom omlette
Morning snacks: Almond innocence biscuits x3 (couldn't stop at one! They're going in the freezer now!!)
After gym: Protein shake
Lunch: Avocado & tomato toasted sandwich (empower bread), Almonds 40g
Afternoon snacks: Tuna salad, Carb-smart icecream (finished off my parents' stash :oops: )
Dinner: Vegetarian bolognese w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snacks: Power wraps w. diet jam x4

Won't say how many kJs - it is embarassing. But only 55g carbs :)

Hehe just chatting to him online now! He's got me using Skype - it's kind of fun :D We can also call each other for free 8)

Saw my parents finally today. They've been on holidays as well...

Today I had a chicken tandoori roll, some sultanas, a glass of soy milk with milo, an apple and a few spoons of yoghurt!
