Breakfast-
1 cup vogels bran, 2 tbl sultanas, little lite soy milk

Lunch-
Salad Sandwich on dark rye bread
Apple

Afternoon-
Apple
baked corn chips & salsa

Dinner-
Spiced grilled chicken mixed veg, mashed potato

Dessert-
Organic Yoghurt with raspberries

2 ltrs water
Diet ocean spray cranberry juice
Vegetable

Brekkie:
I serve sustain
1/2 cup point one milk
1 coffee

Snack:
1 orange
100g l/f natural yoghurt
1 cup tea

Lunch:
4 ryvita crispbread
1 small tin tuna with lime and cracked pepper
tomato slices
1 coffee

Dinner:
1 serve Sweet and Sour Pork (STGTBT 2)
1 cup rice

Snack:
1 glass aktavite
1 apple

Water: 4.5 L

Breaky: 2 peices multigrain toast with vegemite

Snack: Coke Zero and apple

Lunch: Falafel wrap (yum)

Afternoon Tea: Banana and 15g pack of Ovalteenies (raided the kids snack box)

Dinner: chicken satay pizza

Water: 3L

Not tooo bad.. Really not enough food today - so will have to make an effort to stick to fruit after dinner.

Toasted sandwich (no butter) with salsa, cheese (thin slices) and Ham

Afternoon Snack
1/2 cup of coke zero
3x rye cruskits (2with butter and 1with creamed cheese (phillY )B )

2am: Bran plus (70g serve!)
8am - 3pm: Lemon detox syrup drink (only half of what I made... I put too much pepper in it and it tasted just awful!!)
5pm: Apple
6:30pm: Pecan & dried fruit mix
8pm: Hot chocolate

Weak effort today :roll:

Total 3600kJ

Protein bar binge will be confessed tomorrow... I've been asleep, just woke up :oops:

200g of ice cream - i weighed it

Thanks guys, I figured that if I can't give it completely (straight away), then I'll do it in small amounts every other night. In fact, I'm going to only do it once a week, most probably wednesdays as that is my TV night, mcleod's daughters, PRISONBREAK hmmmm yummy......

thanks tamara, its funny because a lot of members on here were/are my inspiration when i first started on here and began losing the weight.

i lie to indulge when i watch my favourite shows too tamara :) some nights i choose popcorn other nights ill have an ice cream. its just about making a decision to do it once and week and in small amounts. good on ya!
