Overnight: Protein delite, HPLC bar :oops:
Before gym: Protein shake
Breakfast/after gym: Banana, FibreX cereal
Morning tea: 1/2 HPLC bar, coffee
Lunch: Power wraps w. salad
Afternoon tea: the other 1/2 of the HPLC bar lol (if it lasts that long!!)
Early dinner: Tuna salad
Late night snacks: Steamed veggies, Diet jelly

Forgot to add... the total of the above is about 7500kJ. Right at the upper end of my limit due to all those protein bars! Tonight will be a challenge :(

Breakfast: Fruit and yoghurt

Snack: 2 small crackers with Philly and tomato

Lunch: chicken and veg in pitta wrap

Afternoon Tea: Mars Lite and 3crusts off the kids toasted cheese sandwhiches(oops) :oops:

Dinner: already cooked - chicken and veg with brown rice

Must stick to rockmelon if I want to snack tonight

Mouthful of chocolate soy milk
chicken tonight (lite) with some rice - half a bowl
glass of soy milk with 2tsps milo
an apple

heaps of filtered water!

Hey 13words - you might want to make sure you are actually eatin g enough - otherwise your bod will go into starvation mode, and start storing all fat.

Ooh, I'm a sucker for crusts too. I cant stand it when people leave them, its the best part!

*oats/protein crunch
*protein bar & a frozen banana
*sweet potato, veg & chicken patties :P
*yoghurt with blueberries (frozen so it was like icecream :P )
*chicken with a couple tablespoons pasta and salad
*watermelon/honeydew cut up small (about a cup)
