Early morning: Protein shake
After gym/breakfast: Bran plus, protein crunch & LSA w. soymilk
Morning tea: 1/2 HPLC bar
Lunch: Salad sandwich on empower bread
Afternoon snacks: Nectarine, Almond innocence biscuit & 1/2 Protein delite, Tuna salad
Dinner: Low carb pasta w. veggie bolognese & steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snacks: Nothing! :twisted:

Total for that will be around 6700kJ :D

Thanks Kate :D Couldn't believe it when I woke up and realised it was morning, not the middle of the night!!

Brekkie: fat free soy milk with 1.5tsp milo
lunch: 1/2 tin baked beans with 1/2 tin spaghetti
snack: few sultanas and mouthful of choc soy drink
tea: bowl of mixed veges and an apple
before bed: 1 TBS fat free yoghurt (strawberry...MmmmMmmm) 8)

Thanks Emma! I messed up though :( I woke up after an hour of being asleep and without a second thought scoffed down a reasonable sized serving of protein crunch... while watching telly!!!! Only around the 500kJ mark so it could have been worse :roll:

Good on you Sarah your getting there!

Breaky- 2 large skinny flat whites and nothing else I was too rushed to eat before I left and there wasnt anything diet friendly at the cafe

lunch- vege and caniloni bean stirfry with chilli and garlic

dinner-vege soup and delish homemade bread(see confessional section :cry: )
