Overnight: Protein crunch :(
Early morning/before gym: Protein shake
Breakfast/after bym: FibreX cereal, Banana
Morning tea: 1/2 HPLC bar, coffee
Lunch: Salad w. tuna & avocado
Afternoon snacks: 1/2 Protein delite, Protein crisps
Dinner: Low carb pasta w. vegetarian bolognese & steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Boost smoothie on a stick

Total of about 6700... provided I don't mess up :roll:

the plan of attack for today is-
breaky- musuli and light milk

lunch- tuna salad and 1 peice of lavish bread

dinner-leftover soup and something else and an apple

Brekkie: Soy milk + milo
Lunch : Potato with bolognaise sauce, pasta and sour cream!!
Tea: Glass of choc soy and small fat free yoghurt
SW: 126.4
CW: 103s
