Brekkie: Soy milk with milo (seriously getting addicted to these!)
Lunch: Small spaghetti bolognaise
Tea: Small fat free yoghurt and a choc soy drink

Heaps of water!

Well, this is going to be embarassing...

Breakfast: Bran plus w. vanilla protein powder & diet yoghurt, 1/2 HPLC bar, Coffee
Morning snacks: Almond innocence biscuit, a few nuts (the ones that start with "c" lol), two tiny choc easter eggs
Lunch: Spinach & ricotta crepes
Drinks: Wine samplings (it was a full day winery tour for a friend's hens celebration)
Afternoon snacks: Almonds
Dinner: Vegetarian sausages w. steamed veg
Dessert: Chocolate rush muffin (low carb) w. icecream (not low carb!!... at my parents place :( )
Late night snack: Protien crisps (two packets :oops: )

I've estimated about 12,000 kJ for the day :oops:

One extreme to the other in this food diary thread :lol: :roll:
