2 crispbreads & scrape of lite cream cheese

Mexican Pasta Casserole
Mixed Veg

Organic Yoghurt with raspberries
2 ltrs water

oooh yeah its yummy, kind of like taco meat, pasta and ricotta cheese, baked. Its lite and its Yum!

1/4 cup porridge (made with water) with a sprinkle of cinnamon
1 wholemeal toast with thin spread strawberry jam :oops:
1 cup green tea

Morning snack:
1/2 cup skim milk
1 small banana

Chicken, tomato & low fat cheese toasted pita roll

Afternoon snack
1 cup green tea
1 small apple dipped in 100g of low fat yogurt

Pumpkin, eggplant and chick pea curry

GW1 - 70kgs
GW2 - 67kgs
GW3 - 60kgs

Overnight: Bran plus, Nut mix (dammit woke up twice :x )
Breakfast: FibreX chocolate pancake, Chocolate rush muffin
Morning snacks: Protein shake, Diet yoghurt
Lunch: Salad w. tuna
Afternoon snacks: Protein crunch, Almonds, Empower bread (freshly cooked... yumm!!!)
Dinner: Chinese tofu w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly

Total is 7500kJ and 65g carbs
