I worked at the Avalon Airshow today (and for the next 5 days as well!). Luckily I took my own food as there was only junk available for purchase at the airfield, as you would expect! Anyway, here goes...
Overnight: Protein delite bar, Boost smoothie on a stick
Breakfast: Tofu scrambled eggs on empower toast
Morning snacks: Atkins Advantage shake, Almond innocence biscuit
Lunch: Bean salad, Small tin of tuna
Afternoon snack: Nut mix 30g
Dinner: Veggie sausages w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly, Diet yoghurt
Total 7500kJ, carbs 65g
