So heres my plan it pretty much goes with my work day

8:-Breaky- bacon and egg on a muffin
8.30
9: 15 min walk
10:Snack- bbq sakatas
11
12:lunch
12-30:lunch baked beans on toast
1
2:snack-Yoghurt
3
4
5: snack-banana
5:30
6
730: dinner- homemade chicken parma i think... who knows, jason is making it.

GW: Somwhere in the 60's for now

I agree.. sounds like a great plan!

I worked at the Avalon Airshow today (and for the next 5 days as well!). Luckily I took my own food as there was only junk available for purchase at the airfield, as you would expect! Anyway, here goes...

Overnight: Protein delite bar, Boost smoothie on a stick :evil:
Breakfast: Tofu scrambled eggs on empower toast
Morning snacks: Atkins Advantage shake, Almond innocence biscuit
Lunch: Bean salad, Small tin of tuna
Afternoon snack: Nut mix 30g
Dinner: Veggie sausages w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly, Diet yoghurt

Total 7500kJ, carbs 65g

good on u for taking your own food sarah! what initiative! what happens to your other job whilst you do events like the airshow and the races etc?

Well when i got home my family had not made dinner... dont knowwhy they were home all day... ohhhh welll.. so they had maccas and i had baked beans on toast. prolly better for me than the chiekn params would ahve been anyway.

Kate, I take annual leave and RDOs from my full time job. What kind of crazy person takes leave to do more work :roll: It's good though as I get paid for both haha!
