Overnight: Small serve of bran plus
Breakfast: Chocolate pancake, Banana
Morning snack: Atkins Advantage shake
Lunch: Cheese & salad sandwich on empower bread, Chocolate rush muffin
Afternoon snack: Nut mix
Dinner: Chinese tofu w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly, Diet yoghurt
After dinner pigout: HPLC bar, Protein delite bar... my tummy hurts :cry:

Massive total 9600kJ, 90g carbs :oops:
