Overnight: Empower toast x3 :(
Breakfast: Tofu scrambled eggs, Banana
Morning snack: Atkins Advantage shake
Luch: Bean salad, Small tin of tuna
Afternoon snack: Nut mix
Dinner: Low carb pasta w. vegetarian bolognese & steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
After dinner: Boost smoothie on a stick, Almond innocence biscuit

Total of 7000kJ and 85g carbs. Better than yesterday at least :)
