Breakfast: FibreX pancake
Morning snack: Atkins Advantage shake
Lunch: Cheese & salad sandwich on empower bread, 2x Chocolate rush muffins
Afternoon snack: Nuts 30g
Dinner: Asparagus & feta salad, 1/2 gls red wine
After dinner snacks: Protein delite bar, Diet jelly

Total 8400kJ (it was all the feta and the protein bar :oops: ) but only 35g carbs :shock:

mmm chocolate muffins... nevermind sarah. i really enjoy reading ur food diaries as ive never really seen a vegetarian diet written down before.
