Early morning (before gym): Chocolate rush muffin
Breakfast: Bran plus, protein crunch & LSA w. soymilk
Morning snack: 1/4 HPLC bar (the last one... it's being divided into four!!) w. coffee
Lunch: Cheese & salad sandwich on empower bread
Afternoon snack: Almonds, Tuna salad
Dinner: Savoury tofu w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snacks: Diet yoghurt, Almond innocence bikkie (fresh out of the oven :oops: )

1 cup oats clusters
little lite soy milk
1 tbs sultanas

Salad and cheese sandwich on soy and linseed bread
diet jelly

Choc O Lait hot choc drink

Not too sure yet.... have some chicken in the fridge that needs to be used though....

Light Organic Yoghurt with raspberries

3 ltrs water , glass caffiene free pepsi lite

1 banana
2 coffees

(got up late, so no time for a real brekkie :roll: )

2 small apples

1 w/m ham, lettuce tomato and low fat mayo sanga
1 coffee

Earl Grey tea

Ziploc Omlete (2 eggs, 100g ham, 25g l/f cheese, tomato, onion and capsicum)
broccoli and carrots
2 slices w/g toast with 2 tsps r/f marg.

1 glass l/f milk with 3 tsps aktavite

Water: 4.5L
