Overnight: Another almond innocence biscuit :oops: (they are now in the freezer so it's alright lol)
Breakfast: Eggs on FibreX toasts, Banana
Morning snacks: Almonds, Protein crisps
Lunch: Bean salad, Small tin of tuna
Afternoon snack: 1/4 HPLC bar w. decaf coffee
Dinner: Savoury tofu w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly

breaky- fruit n cereal

lunch- french onion soup

snack- pop corn

dinner- pumkin n red lentil soup, 2 peices of organ soy and rye bread toasted

a lack of veges today :?

1 serve porridge
1 cup l/f milk
2 tsp raw sugar

1 coffee

1 stick celery, 1 small carrot, 1 apple

1 serve pasta bake with zucchini and carrots

4 crispbread with 2 tsp p/nut butter and 2 tsp 100% fruit jam

1 serve lamb shanks broth with 120g bread stick

1 Earl Grey Tea
