Overnight: Small serve of protein crunch
Breakfast: FibreX pancake
Morning snacks: 1/4 HPLC bar (the last little morsel!! :( ), Sugar free chocolate, Coffee
Lunch: "Caesar salad" creation... will see what it's like lol.
Afternoon snacks: Almonds, Chocolate rush muffin
Dinner: Bean salad w. tuna
Late night snacks: Steamed veggies, Diet jelly

Total 6300kJ and 35g carbs 8)
