Brekkie:
1 serve cornflakes
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 coffee

Snack:
1 gala apple
1 cup earl grey tea

Lunch:
1 ham and salad sandwich w/g with 1 tsp sweet chilli and 2 tsp low fat mayo

Snack:
1 Country vanilla cream yoghurt....very yummy and low fat!
1 small serve peach and raspberry yoghurt
25g almonds

Dinner:
Pork Spaghetti Bolognaise

Water: 4.5L :D
