Where is everybody???

Brekkie:
1/4 muesli bar (don't ask!!)
1 coffee

Snack:
100g low fat yoghurt
1 homemade muesli bar (sports plus)

Lunch:
Homemade hamburger patty on w/m bread with salad
1 apple and mango popper (100% juice)

Snack:
15g almonds
peach and raspberry yoghurt l/f

Dinner:
200g chicken thigh fillet
1/2 cup cooked rice
beans, cauliflower, carrots

Water: 5L
