Brekkie:
1 egg
1 piece w/m toast
1 coffee

Lunch:
2 pieces w/m toast with
assorted veges, 1 small tin tuna, 2 tsp red/fat mayo and 1/2 tsp curry with 30g l/f grated cheese, melted

1 coffee

Snack:
1 earl grey tea

*treat* 300ml strawberry milk

Dinner:
2 rounds toasted l/f strassburg, cheese, tomato and onion sandwiches

100g luscious berry l/f yoghurt with 20g almonds

1 glass milk....

Water: 4L

breaky- porridge and coffee

lunch- capsicum, tomato and mushroom on rivitas with low fat cheese and apple

dinner- vege and beef stirfry and apple
