Breakfast: Spaghetti and beef (small)
Snack: 1 banana
Lunch: Spaghetti and beef, beef rice noodle takeaway
Dinner: 1 boiled egg and 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts, 1 slice with butter.
Snack: 2 oranges

Drank 3 litres of water.
