Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts. No butter.
Snack: 1 banana
Lunch: 1 steamed whole fish with white rice.
Dinner: Sliced beef, 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts. 1/2 cup coffee and 1 biscuit.
Snack: 1 apple
Snack before sleeping: 2 oranges.
Drank 2.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of jasmine green tea.
It was the second day of sandwich dinner diet. My stomach was making heaps of noises (hungry) when I lie down in bed to sleep. I drank a big cup of water and that helped a bit but I was still hungry. I was strong and did not eat anymore. The sandwich diet at dinner time is helping me lose weight and I plan to keep doing that for a few days, to begin with.
