Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts. No butter.
Snack: 1 banana
Lunch: 1 steamed whole fish with white rice.
Dinner: Sliced beef, 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts. 1/2 cup coffee and 1 biscuit.
Snack: 1 apple
Snack before sleeping: 2 oranges.

Drank 2.5 litres of water, 0.5 litre of jasmine green tea.

It was the second day of sandwich dinner diet. My stomach was making heaps of noises (hungry) when I lie down in bed to sleep. I drank a big cup of water and that helped a bit but I was still hungry. I was strong and did not eat anymore. The sandwich diet at dinner time is helping me lose weight and I plan to keep doing that for a few days, to begin with.

hey fat garfield

stick with it mate and you will see the results. as long as the sanga is nutritious with yummy stuff you should be right. perhaps you could ahve a piece of fruit or a yoghurt after dinner time just to tide you over til breakfast?

Hi Kate,
I usually have fruit to stop me from getting out of bed and eating some more. I will get some low-fat yoghurt as variety. Great idea, thanks for that. Easter break is coming. I will hang in there and be good.

Happy Easter to Kate and everyone!
