Overnight: Empower toast x2 slices, 1 serve veggie casserole (cold, straight out of the tin!!! :oops: :oops: )
Early morning snack: Protein crunch
Breakfast/after gym: FibreX cereal, Banana
Morning snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Tuna & salad sandwich (empower bread)
Afternoon snacks: Almonds, Salad w. cheese & sweet capsicum
Dinner: Spinach pancake w. steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
