Breakfast: 1 slice soy-linseed toast, 1 fried egg with beans and white rice, a small sized sustain cereal

Lunch: A little bit of rockmelon

Snack: 1 cup of coffee

Dinner: No dinner

Snack: 1 apple, a little bit of rockmelon

Drank 3 litres of water, 1 litre of jasmine green tea.
