Must get back on track now after a less than ideal easter break.

*egg whites & 97% ff ham on oat bread toast, jarrah
*diet mousse
*chicken & sweet potato patties with steamed vegies
*fruit
*vegetable soup with lentils

Yeah, they were yummy :P :P :P
I cant remember what I put in them as I made them a couple months ago and froze them. I think I just chucked in some chicken mince, cooked sweet potato, maybe some onion too. Cant remember what else - if I make them again I will be sure to write down what I add this time.

Oh, I think I remember adding wholemeal flour to make them less fall-apart-y (I know, that's not a word)

sounds good liz, i will keep that in mind when i am grocery shopping to buy some chicken mince. i used to buy it all the time but have been buying pork mince as a change lately

breakfast- musli bar
morning tea- banana
lunch- apple, weight wacthers cruskits and tuna with corn
afternoon tea- banana
dinner- lasgane and salad
dessert - hot choc

Breakfast: 1 soy-linseed toast
Snack: 1 banana
Lunch: 1 mackerel, beans, peas, little bit of white rice with 1 glass of skim milk
Snack: 1 coffee
Dinner: Just fruit, 1.5 apple and a little bit of rockmelon.

Drank 3 litres of water, 1 litre of jasmine green tea.

Breakfast - 2 multigrain toast and mini can of baked beans (no butter)

Lunch - multi grain sandwich with 97%FF ham, extra light cream cheese and salad.

Snack - one Lite choc chip cookie.

Dinner - Beef stir fry with Asian vegetables and Singapore noodles.

Dessert - 2 lite choc chip cookies.

2.5 litres of water.
Winners MAKE things happen,
Losers LET things happen.
