*egg whites on oat bread toast, jarrah
*oats and protein crunch
*diet mousse and some leftover broken pieces of biscuit from my chocolate tarts (see my blog) yum! :P
*vegie soup with lentils/chickpeas
I doubt I'll be hungry later (because its 4pm and I still havent had the soup) but I've got chicken and vegies prepared as it was on my food plan. I probably shouldnt have had those leftover biscuits :?

BREAKFAST-
1 cup oats clusters, 1 tbs sultanas, skim milk

LUNCH-
Multigrain salad roll
Apple

AFTERNOON-
Fruit and Nut bar, Jarrah chocollatte

DINNER-
Annette Sym's Chicken Stroganoff and rice

DESSERT-
small tub honey buzz yoghurt

*sigh* Dont ask lol but I just couldnt hack the optifast, I LIKE MY FOOD TOO MUCH!!!! :D
So, today Im back on ww core plan and I feel really energised. Im going to go back to my weight watchers meeting on saturday too :)

Oats clusters? Yum, they sound delicious :P :P Anything with oats is always appealing to me.

breaky- cheese and crackers and an apple

lunch- 125 chicken breast with grilled mushrooms and tomato

snack- nut bar(OOPS naughty!)

dinner- unsure

Breakfast: 2 Vita Brits with 1 banana and no fat milk.

Snack: small can of 98%FF tuna with tomato and onion.

Lunch: Ham and salad on Multi Grain Bread with xtra lite cream cheese instead of butter.

Snack: 3 soothers cough drops. (I'm sick :( )

Dinner: small piece of steak with onion carrots and broccoli. half glass lemonade.

Snack: 4 lite choc chip cookies. (OOPS started with one, but kept going.)

2.5 litres of water
Winners MAKE things happen,
Losers LET things happen.

Choccy bikkie thingys

Hay those choccy bikkie thingys sound yum - can you please post the recipe (it looks like a good one to get the children to help make). Also do you know the calorie count/fat intake of each bikkie? Maybe if you post the recipe someone nice could break it down for us. Many thanks!!!

Breakfast: Sustain cereal with skimmed milk
Snack: 1 banana
Lunch: Mackerel, beans, mixed vegies and some white rice
Dinner: 1 coffee, 2 fried eggs, vegies and white rice.
Snack: 1 scoop of ice-cream

Drank 3 litres of water.
