skim milk

Pasta and tomato stir through sauce

chopped apple

Annette Sym's Acupulco chicken, baked potato, mixed veg

Small tub honeybuzz yoghurt

2 litres water,

*oats/protein crunch
*97% ff ham and cheese on oat bread toast, jarrah
*lentil soup with vegies
*have a barbecue to go to tonight so am saving my cals for that, hopefully I will just stick to meat and salad but I'm making no promises for the dessert :roll: :roll: :roll:

Breakfast: 2.5 Vita Brits with No Fat Milk.

Snack: 2 lite choc chip cookies.

Lunch: Toasted 97%FF ham, Low Fat cheese and Tomato on multi Grain bread. No butter.

Dinner: Chicken stir fry with honey/sesame/garlic simmers auce with doongara white rice.

Snack: 1 apple.

2 Litres of water.
Winners MAKE things happen,
Losers LET things happen.
