Oats Clusters, skim, sultanas

LUNCH-
Salad Sandwich
Fruit and Nut Bar
Apple

AFTERNOON-
Piece Lite Banana Cake
Jarrah Chocolatte

DINNER-
Grilled Chicken and roast veg

DESSERT-
Tub lite yoghurt
Vegetable

Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 apple.

Lunch: 97%FF turkey with xtra low fat cheese and salad on multi grain bread.

Snack: Low Fat Yogurt.

Dinner: Lite 'n' Easy dinner - curried sausages. (Yum).

Snack: 2 scoops low carb/ low fat ice cream.
Winners MAKE things happen,
Losers LET things happen.
