all looks good and very disciplined!! i would add some more protein sources in there to help with energy and satiety levels - it will also help 'feed' our muscles and you won't be losing them with your weight loss - the more you have the faster your metabolism works!!! maybe add a spoon of natural yogurt and LSA (linseed, sunflower and armond meal) to your breaky. and tuna slices to your lunch - see if you notice anything different!
