BREAKFAST-
Oats Clusters, lite soy milk, 1 tbs sultanas

LUNCH-
Homemade Minestrone/Vegetable soup (mmmm winter food :D)
Apple

AFTERNOON-
Apple

DINNER-
Grilled chicken, steamed mixed veg

DESSERT-
Organic Yoghurt and raspberries

3 ltrs water
Vegetable

Breakfast: Mini can baked beans on multi grain toast (no butter) half glass juice.

Snack: 1 banana.

Lunch: small grain roll with ham, low fat cheese and beetroot.

snack: Apple, small creamed rice.

Dinner: Steak with pepper sauce and mixed steamed vegetables.

Snack: 2 lite choc chip cookies. 2 mini easter eggs.
Winners MAKE things happen,
Losers LET things happen.
