i had hardly any water today actually. probably around a litre. yeah i normally dont do the after lunch bread thing but i since i hadnt had any starchy foods the whole day, i figured it might be ok. but maybe thats why i feel like i did bad today.
you probably have that 'full bloated' feeling. i lost my weight by following a high protein low carb food intake. so i cut out all bread and potatoes etc. at first i cut down and then swapped varieties because i was always feeling yucky after eating them and then i stopped altogether. i had added some back in now and still get that feeling whenever i eat them. i probably have a gluten intolerance or something but just havent got it checked out
