LUNCH-
Homemade Minestrone soup, capeseed roll

AFTERNOON-
Apple

DINNER-
Acupulco chicken, homemade wedges, mixed veg

DESSERT-
Organic yoghurt with blueberries

3 litres water
Vegetable
