for anyone wondering, this is what i had today

B-spanish ommlette, toast with apricot jam, ribena light
MT- kiwifruit and mango yogurt
L- satay chicken pizza and 1 tiny easter egg
AT- jarrah hot chocolate & apple
D- spag bol

so yer. as for exercise, i worked today, so thats enough:P

oooh... I hate the mango yoghurt so I ate fruit instead - the pizza is ok.... I prefer Dominos though!!! hehe.... most of the food is great!!

i actually really liked the pizza. did u cook yours in the oven or microwave? i always find the oven is better. and i love love love greek yogurt- always have. today was a good day. i wasnt too fussed on the spanish omlette for brekkie, so i wont be getting that again. but everything else was yummy as!!!!!

I don't mind the omlette but the herbed one is heaps better, I put the pizza in the microwave as I am too lazy - but it is still ok!
