BREAKFAST-
Oats Clusters, lite soy milk, 1 bts sultanas

LUNCH-
Homemade minestrone soup, capeseed roll

AFERNOON-
Fruit

DINNER-
Honey Mustard Chicken & rice
mixed veg

DESSERT-
Organic yoghurt with raspberries
3 1/2 ltrs water

I have just noticed, my menu is so similar each day... but I do really enjoy what I eat :D

I noticed that too.

I was thinking I'm the same.

But hey if you really like it and you can stick with it then great!

It all sounds very healthy.

today was a crap eating day

breakfast-coffee, apple, egg and mushroom ommlette

lunch- 2 coffees, dip and crackers and tomato( I had a friend over and we sat around and picked)

dinner- beef and vege stirfry, fruit
