today-

B- toasted multigrain muffin with cottage cheese & tomato + diet ribena
MT- apple custard+ apple
L- egg/bacon/lettuce roll
AT- fruit cup + jarrah hot chocolate
D- beef florentine

again, im pooped from work, so i wont go to the gym. but i will 2moro!

Hey!! I love today's breakfast and lunch - the egg spread is awesome!! I am having honey soy chicken for dinner tonight....

:oops: I bummed out today really bad. I started halfway through delivery Thursday so was having day 3 breakfast with day 4 lunch and dinner so I decided to miss this afternoon and start tomorrow on day 5 for the WHOLE day. That way my day 7 lands on delivery day... None the less, I didn't need to eat the sneaky little things that I did (like a bowl of my hubby's nutrigrain). Onto day 5 tomorrow though!
