BREAFAST-
Oats Clusters, lite soy milk, 1 tbs sultanas

LUNCH-
Homemade Minestrone soup
Capeseed roll

AFTERNOON-
Vanilla Fruche
Apple

DINNER-
Either Lasagne or some kind of stir fry

DESSERT-
Organic yoghurt with raspberries

2 ltrs water
Vegetable

Overnight: Pecan & dried fruit mix (dammit!!)
Early morning (before gym): Small serve of bran plus
Breakfast (after gym): FibreX cereal
Morning snacks: 1/3 HPLC bar w. coffee, Protein shake
Afternoon snacks: Salad w. avocado, Chocolate rush muffin
Dinner: LC pasta w. vegetarian bolognese & steamed veg
Dessert: Diet jelly
Late night snack: Rockmelon

Total of 5700kJ and 60g carbs

Breakfast: 2 slices of soy-linseed toast with butter
Lunch: small chicken spaghetti plus takeaway as there was not enough spaghetti from home
Snack: 1 banana
Dinner: 1 coffee, 1 pork chop, vegie and a little bit of white rice
Snack: 1 orange

Drank 2 litres of water, 1 litre of green tea, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 berroca drink.

breaky- 2 poached eggs 1 grilled tomato, 1 apple, 2 coffees

lunch- terriaki chicken stirfry with celery, zuchinni,capsicum and carrot

dinner- backed chicken peices, grilled vege in yum homemade tomato sauce topped with sesame ,pumkin and sunflower seads

water- about 2 litres
coffee- 4
diet coke-1 1/2 cans
