Breakfast: was meant to be oats but had toast instead (long story - see blog) :oops: :oops:
Lunch: spinach & chicken salad
Dinner: chicken and vegies
Snacks throughout the day: 2 sml apples, sml tub peaches, diet mousse

BREAKFAST-
Oats Clusters, lite soy, 1 tbs sultanas

LUNCH-
Homemade minestrone soup, capeseed roll
Apple

AFTERNOON-
Organic Yoghurt with apricot
Fruit and Nut Bar

DINNER-
Honey Mustard chicken, rice, veg (leftovers)

DESSERT-
Organic Yoghurt with raspberries
Vegetable
