*1 pear
*toasted sandwich with lite ham and lf cheese, jarrah
Rest of the day will be:
*protein shake
*chicken & steamed vegies (broccoli,snow peas,carrots,beans,cauliflower)
*diet jelly

Oats clusters, lite soy, sultanas
MORNING-
Apple
LUNCH-
Leftover Honey Mustard Chicken & rice
slice sourdough
AFTERNOON-
Fruit and Nut bar
DINNER-
Chickpea patties & mixed veg
DESSERT-
Organic Yoghurt & raspberries
Vegetable

Tomato on rye bread

lunch egg and salad, diet coke

dinner-
cajan fish amd steamed vege
