2 vita brits
tsp honey
lactose free, full cream hot milk (dunno how much)

Bowl of vege soup (god I'm sick of soup)
2 pieces white bread with margarine
1/2 cup jelly with a bit of low fat custard

mashed potato
Baked then mashed pumpkin
peas (yay, no soup)
1/2 cup jelly with a bit of low fat custard
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
